Our certificates

In an effort to ensure the best possible quality of our products and services, our company regularly undergoes external audits that thoroughly verify our manufacturing and operational processes. We currently hold 2 certifications: ISO 9001 and BRC CP, as well as a report confirming that we operate in accordance with the Smeta/SEDEX Ethical Standard.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is an international quality system that specifies the requirements that an organization’s quality management system should meet. By holding the certificate, we prove that we are a reliable business partner that operates in accordance with the requirements of international standards.

The system ensures stability and repeatability of processes, which translates into the same high quality of products. Thus, when buying further products, customers can be sure that they are produced in accordance with legal requirements and their expectations. The unambiguous definition of the procedure of conduct ensures order in the organization.

The implementation and maintenance of the certificate involves daily attention to the quality of products from the purchase of raw materials to the transport of finished products to customers. Processes and documents are supervised. Systematic internal audits and annual external audits verify the correctness of the company’s operations and the maintenance of a high level of product quality.

The ISO system covers the company excluding the tool shop.

BRC CP

BRC CP is one of the most popular and widely used standards for suppliers working with retail chains in both food and non-food production. Production of all types of non-food products can therefore be certified to the BRC CP standard.

In our case, the certificate is valid for the following scope:
Injection molding of plastic household products (buckets, bowls, waste bins, cutting boards, trays, slotted
spoons, folding bed tables, fridge organizers, jugs, cake boxes) and plastic bathroom products (baby potties,
step stool, training seats with non-slip surface) plain or with IML decoration.

The BRC CP standard simplifies the standardization of quality and safety for non-food suppliers, reduces the risk of non-conformity of the manufactured product (indicates the path to follow if non-conformity is detected), ensures compliance of production with applicable legal requirements, including the EU Directive 2001/95/EC on product safety and GMP requirements, helps protect consumer safety.

Smeta

The vision of the ETI organization (responsible for creating the international ethical standard) is a world in which all workers are free from exploitation and discrimination, work under non-coercive conditions, are ensured safety at work and are treated fairly. Retail chains and global manufacturing companies have noticed the risks of lack of ethical behavior inherent in their supply chains, so they have performed their own screening audits. Having a documented system gives us an advantage over our competitors, as most stakeholders have begun to recognize the importance of the topic of social responsibility and expect companies to deal ethically with their employees, the pressure on company managements is increasing due to the accelerated flow of information regarding incidents, workplace accidents, discrimination – and in extreme cases even slavery. The annual audit confirms that ZTS Artgos SA is free of such behavior, does not prohibit employee unionization, provides remuneration in accordance with regulations, maintains social standards, is responsive to employees’ needs and prevents discrimination.
